RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Whether your child is taking their very first gymnastics class or looking to build strength, confidence, and new skills, our recreational programs provide a fun, encouraging environment where every athlete can thrive. Our experienced coaches focus on teaching proper technique while helping each child develop coordination, flexibility, strength, and self-confidence. all while having fun!

Many athletes who discover a passion for gymnastics through our recreational classes transition to our competitive teams.

PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS (Ages 2–5)
Our Preschool Program is thoughtfully designed to inspire a love of movement while supporting your child's physical, social, and cognitive development. Through imaginative obstacle courses, gymnastics equipment, games, music, and themed activities, children build confidence, coordination, balance, and body awareness in a fun and engaging environment. Every class is carefully planned to encourage learning through play while introducing age-appropriate gymnastics skills in a positive, nurturing setting.

Ages 2–3 - Parent & Tot: *A parent or caregiver participates with the child
Designed for confident walkers, this class encourages climbing, rolling, jumping, swinging, balancing, and exploring movement. Parents provide support and encouragement while our coaches guide each family through fun stations and activities that strengthen gross motor skills and build confidence.

Ages 3–5 - Independent Preschool: ​As children become more independent, they begin learning foundational gymnastics skills while continuing to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Classes also introduce important social skills such as listening, taking turns, and following directions through creative games, music, and movement. No previous gymnastics experience is necessary.
RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS (Ages 5 & Up)
Our recreational classes are perfect for athletes who are new to gymnastics or simply want to enjoy the sport in a positive, non-competitive environment. Gymnasts learn skills on all gymnastics events while developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence that benefit them both inside and outside the gym. Gymnastics is also an excellent foundation for athletes participating in cheerleading, dance, and many other sports by improving body control, balance, power, and overall athleticism.​

Girls Recreational: classes include training in all 4 gymnastics events (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor) while progressively building skills in a safe and encouraging environment. our recreational classes incorporate tumbling as part of our floor training.

Boys Recreational (Dragons): Our all-boys recreational program develops strength, coordination, confidence, and athletic ability while introducing skills on all 6 gymnastics events (floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar). our recreational classes incorporate tumbling as part of our floor training.​
ADVANCED GYMNASTICS & TUMBLING (Ages 10 & Up)
Designed for older athletes and recreational gymnasts with previous gymnastics experience, this class provides continued training on all four women's events (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor). Athletes will build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while refining technique and progressing toward more advanced gymnastics skills in a fun and supportive environment.
TUMBLING (Ages 10 & Up)
Our Tumbling class is designed for athletes who want to focus exclusively on floor skills and acrobatics. Ideal for cheerleaders, dancers, gymnasts, and anyone looking to improve their tumbling, this class emphasizes proper technique, strength, flexibility, and progressive skill development. Athletes work on skills ranging from rolls and cartwheels to handsprings, aerials, and flips, with instruction tailored to each individual's experience and goals. Previous gymnastics or tumbling experience is recommended.

TUITION:
1 hour/week - $115 per month (available only for Preschool gymnastics, and Friday & Saturday classes)
2 hours/week - $200 per month
3 hours/week - $225 per montH
Annual Registration Fee: $75 per athlete or $150 per family (two or more athletes).
