Inclement Weather Policies

​Axcelerate Gymnastics will close from time to time due to bad weather. The safety of your child and family is foremost on our minds when we decide to close.  Although we typically follow the county school board decisions with regards to school closings and cancellation of after school activities, we make our own decisions based on the information available.
 

We will send a general email to all our customers when we decide or are forced to close the gym during severe weather, snow and ice.  We will also post a note on our website and our Facebook page.​ 
 

We will do our best to offer make-up classes, however, it may not always be possible due to scheduling conflicts in the gym.

 

Always use your own best judgment during severe weather. If you do not feel comfortable driving even if we hold classes, we will still do our best to offer you a make-up class. 

 

No credits or refunds will be given for classes missed or cancelled due to severe weather.
